SAME DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed prior to 10am will be shipped out on same business day. Your order will be shipped out on the next business day for all orders placed after 10am upon receipt of payment.
Please note we only ship orders on Monday to Friday (except National Holiday).
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the courier website at any time. You are responsible to track your order using given tracking number from the respective courier websites. All stocks we have in hand are 100% in perfect condition, however when we send out through the courier company, we don not have any control whatsoever of the handling of the parcel by the courier companies staffs.
Hence, we are not responsible fot your parcel during shipment transit.
HOW WE DELIVER YOUR ORDER
All orders within Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei will be shipped via Pos Malaysia / Poslaju or equivalent depends on your / receiver’s location. Shipping charge will be advised and will be added into the order's final total. For Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei orders, you can choose your shipping method on checkout page.
TRACK YOUR ORDER VIA TRACKING NUMBER
Customer will be advised via email which shipping company we are using and the tracking number once we shipped out your order. Below is how you can track your order for different shipping company.
For International order, we have listed some default country rate in the system especially for Singapore & Brunei. However if your location is out of the list, we will send a quote for your confirmation before ship. Shipping charge will be advised and will be added into the order's final total.

We are happy to deliver virtually anywhere in the world. Please email your order to us and we will provide you with a quote for shipping prior to processing your order.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any Customs Tax & Duties. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes.
Please note that we declare the full value on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
Q: When will my order be sent?
A: We guarantee your order will be processed and sent out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment although we strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed when possible.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: For Malaysian orders, Poslaju and Citylink guarantees delivery of orders within Peninsular Malaysia in 1-3 business days and Sabah Sarawak within 2-7 business days. Please note that remote areas may take a bit longer. International orders will take approximately 7-10 business days but may take longer depending on the destination.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and you can monitor this online at Poslaju or Citylink Express. For International orders, we will send you tracking information if it applies for the most cost effective shipping company and you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Q: If I am buying a gift, can I have my purchase delivered to another address?
A: Yes. Our system allows you to specify multiple addresses for shipment if desired.
Q: What if I only get part of my order?
A: In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
In an effort to do our part, we do our utmost to recycle and reuse packaging where possible. We will often use boxes that our suppliers have shipped products to us in for your orders. This means our boxes are not always the prettiest but we like to do our part for the environment and consequently we reuse wherever possible.
